Did You Know

Bodies learn what you teach them. This is true of exercise, and true of the spinal
subluxation as it effects the joint, the surrounding soft tissues, and the root of the nerve that
passes near it. Returning function to the joint relieves irritation pressure to the nerve, allowing it
to heal, and re-learn better function.

What the joint and the nerve learn depends on how the subluxation is resolved and what
care it receives. Ignore it, and it’s like ignoring the maintenance on your car. The results are
predictable, except for the fact that you don’t get to trade this vehicle in on a newer model.

Resolve and manage the subluxation and the body can function better, and it will learn
nerve patterns that promote its health. Ignore the subluxation, and the body will learn patterns
that impair its function and accelerate its decay. This is why getting adjusted is important for the
quality of life now, and for what’s still working in the future.
